Beautiful, fully renovated village house in the Ibarron district of St Pée-sur-Nivelle.
Arranged over 2 levels, the Holiday cottage comprises :
First floor:
- fully-equipped kitchen (fridge-freezer, microwave, ceramic hob, oven, dishwasher, microwave) and dining area
- large living room with sitting area (sofa, DVD player, armchairs)
- 1 bedroom with 1 x 160cm bed
- shower room/wc
- storeroom (tumble dryer and washing machine).
First floor:
- 3 bedrooms each with 1 bed 160, toilet area with washbasin and bidet
-1 bedroom with 1 x 160cm bed and 1 x 90cm bed
- shower room
- a toilet
Bed linen provided.
Wifi internet connection (fiber).
Electric heating is extra.
Private terrace overlooking a lane, with garden furniture and barbecue (no garden).

Shops less than 500 m away, in the village center or a supermarket.

    Nous avons passé un très bon séjour en amis très belle maison et très calme, petit inconvénient cuisine mal équipée disposition de l'évier et du lave vaisselle et manque un peu de grands plats pour 9 personnes c'est un peu juste il y en avait qu'un

    Convivialité

    Maison vaste permettant à chacun de s'isoler si nécessaire. Equipement très complet ( batterie de cuisine, lave-linge et sèche- linge...). La possibilité de pouvoir allumer un feu dans le four à bois rend la pièce de séjour très agréable. Une seule réserve concerne le lit de la chambre au rez-de- chaussée que j'aurais souhaité plus confortable! Mais cela ne nous empêchera pas de revenir avec enfants et petits- enfants!
