Beautiful, fully renovated village house in the Ibarron district of St Pée-sur-Nivelle.
Arranged over 2 levels, the Holiday cottage comprises :
First floor:
- fully-equipped kitchen (fridge-freezer, microwave, ceramic hob, oven, dishwasher, microwave) and dining area
- large living room with sitting area (sofa, DVD player, armchairs)
- 1 bedroom with 1 x 160cm bed
- shower room/wc
- storeroom (tumble dryer and washing machine).
First floor:
- 3 bedrooms each with 1 bed 160, toilet area with washbasin and bidet

Bed linen provided.
Wifi internet connection (fiber).
Electric heating is extra.
Private terrace overlooking a lane, with garden furniture and barbecue (no garden).

Maison très propre, bien équipé, très jolie intention de la propriétaire, accueil avec des fleurs fraîche dans différents pièces ainsi que qu’un excellent gâteau basque. Pascal Séjour en famille en juin 2025
Le gîte était parfaitement adapté pour notre famille de 8 adultes dont 2 couples avec ses 5 chambres et 6 lits dont 5 doubles. La maison est agréable, bien équipée et est restée fraîche malgré la canicule (elle doit être difficile à chauffer en hiver compte tenu de l'humidité ambiante).L'emplacement permet un accès rapide à l'océan et à l'arrière pays. Très bien pour notre séjour estival. Remerciements à la propriétaire pour son accueil.
