Beautiful, fully renovated village house in the Ibarron district of St Pée-sur-Nivelle.
Arranged over 2 levels, the Holiday cottage comprises :
First floor:
- fully-equipped kitchen (fridge-freezer, microwave, ceramic hob, oven, dishwasher, microwave) and dining area
- large living room with sitting area (sofa, DVD player, armchairs)
- 1 bedroom with 1 x 160cm bed
- shower room/wc
- storeroom (tumble dryer and washing machine).
First floor:
- 3 bedrooms each with 1 bed 160, toilet area with washbasin and bidet
-1 bedroom with 1 x 160cm bed and 1 x 90cm bed
- shower room
- a toilet
Bed linen provided.
Wifi internet connection (fiber).
Electric heating is extra.
Private terrace overlooking a lane, with garden furniture and barbecue (no garden).
On-site parking.
Shops less than 500 m away, in the village center or a supermarket.
Numerous Hiking trails from the Holiday cottage.
Cleaning deposit of 80€ to be deposited on arrival.

Michele 43 Au cœur de tout mais loin du stress.
Un très belle maison aux pièces très spacieuses et une propriétaire extrêmement accueillante et sympathique. L'emplacement central permet d'accéder en quelques minutes aux sites incontournables tout en étant à l'écart des foules du littoral. Calme et sérénité au Pays Basque !

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour à Harotcheta. Un accueil très chaleureux de Pantxika de part son sourire et un gâteau basque qu'elle nous a offert pour nous mettre dans l'ambiance.
La maison est très propre, agréable et chaleureuse. La situation géographique est idéale pour les visites.

Natha and co Super séjour à Harotcheta !
Super accueil de la propriétaire ; elle est très sympathique, s'est adaptée à nos contraintes d'arrivée et nous a offert un gâteau basque délicieux !
Le gîte est bien placé, très fonctionnel, les chambres sont très agréables !
Le seul bémol, c'est l'horaire de départ... 10h c'est tôt, on aurait aimé pouvoir profiter davantage des lieux ;}

ALAIN ET SES DAMES Harotcheta
Très bon accueil de la propriétaire (personne très joviale) avec fleurs et très bon gâteau basque. Vaste maison typique basque propre et bien équipée, dans un quartier calme. Idéalement située pour rayonner dans la région, commerces et restauration de qualités à proximité. Merci Pantxika.

Très bon séjour.
Il manque qqs ustensiles de cuisine simples comme un rouleau à pâtisserie par exemple pour se faire des tartes ou des quiches !!
