Single-storey gîte in a wing of the owners' house, in St Pée-sur-Nivelle, between Espelette and St Jean-de-Luz.
The gîte is located in a residential area. The interior and exterior offer spacious accommodation for comfortable, relaxing vacations.
The apartment comprises :
- a living room with fully-equipped kitchenette (microwave, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, induction hob, oven),
- storeroom (washing machine)
- 1 bedroom with 1 double bed (140cm)
- shower room/wc
- separate toilet
For your comfort, the gîte offers an all-inclusive package: the bed is made for your arrival, towels and household linen are provided, reversible air-conditioning heating and end-of-stay cleaning are included.
Wifi internet access.
Private garden with garden furniture, plancha and deckchairs.
Enclosed courtyard with electric gate for parking.
The gîte is close to the town of St Pée-sur-Nivelle and shops. Many hiking trails are accessible from the gîte. The beaches of St Jean-de-Luz are 12km away (bus stop 300m away).
The listed villages of Ainhoa and Sare are 10km away.

Jigoe Best Gite ever
Je pense que c'est notre 9e réservation avec Gites de France. De loin, c'est le meilleur séjour que nous ayons eu. Les propriétaires sont très sympathiques et ils ont clairement dépensé beaucoup d'efforts. Le Gite a tout ce dont vous avez besoin en climatisation glacée, machine à laver et une cuisine moderne. Le lit est confortable. Totalement sécurisé aussi avec des portails électriques. Difficile à battre à notre avis. Près d'une ville Avec tout ce dont vous avez besoin. Tellement triste de partir. Loulou Gîte de qualité
Le gîte est grand et très propre. C’est bien organisé et on ne manque de rien.
Jessica est une personne charmante, accueillante qui veut le bien-être de ses invités.

Superbe séjour. Logement magnifique, tout confort, très bien équipé avec beaucoup de goût et de soins. Jessica et Estebe ont fait le maximum pour que les vacanciers se sentent merveilleusement bien. Calme, bien placé entre mer et montagne. Tous commerces et restaurants à proximité. Nous reviendrons avec un immense plaisir.
