Single-storey gîte in a wing of the owners' house, in St Pée-sur-Nivelle, between Espelette and St Jean-de-Luz.
The gîte is located in a residential area. The interior and exterior offer spacious accommodation for comfortable, relaxing vacations.
The apartment comprises :
- a living room with fully-equipped kitchenette (microwave, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, induction hob, oven),
- storeroom (washing machine)
- 1 bedroom with 1 double bed (140cm)
- shower room/wc
- separate toilet
For your comfort, the gîte offers an all-inclusive package: the bed is made for your arrival, towels and household linen are provided, reversible air-conditioning heating and end-of-stay cleaning are included.
Wifi internet access.
Private garden with garden furniture, plancha and deckchairs.
Enclosed courtyard with electric gate for parking.
The gîte is close to the town of St Pée-sur-Nivelle and shops. Many hiking trails are accessible from the gîte. The beaches of St Jean-de-Luz are 12km away (bus stop 300m away).
The listed villages of Ainhoa and Sare are 10km away.
Local festivals on the last weekend of September.

Gite très agréable et très fonctionnel. Accueil très chaleureux des propriétaires.
Venant du sud de la France, ce séjour nous a permis de revoir nos enfants qui vivent aux alentours et de profiter de cette belle région que nous commencons à bien connaître.

cacale impeccable
Nous avons passé une semaine dans ce gite exceptionnel ,rien ne manque ,tout est trés propre moderne .En plus climatisé avec la météo de cette semaine c'était très appréciable .Portail sécurisé .La propriétaire est une personne charmante qui a même proposé de nous faire quelques courses vu notre arrivée tardive coincés dans les bouchons . N'hésitez pas , allez y vous ne le regretterez pas .

Gîte exceptionnel :
les aménagements, les appareils ménagers de bonne qualité, la décoration, la propreté … tout est parfait .
Sa situation est aussi au top , à proximité des commerces et des sites incontournables pour découvrir cette belle région .( Sare, Ascain,Ainhoa, St jean de Luz,Biarritz, Hendaye …)
