In the heart of a remarkable park with tennis court and sheltered swimming pool to share, holiday cottage adjoining the owners' house.
Holiday cottage on first floor:
- Kitchenette (ceramic hob, microwave, electric oven, fridge-freezer, washing machine), dining area.
- Lounge area (sofa, TV, WIFI connection)
- Bathroom (Italian shower), wc.
- 1 bedroom (possibility of level access from terrace): 1 bed 140.
First floor:
- 1 bedroom (1 bed 140, 1 convertible sofa 140).
Beds made on arrival, bathroom linen provided.
Electric heating included in winter and air-conditioning in summer: unless you have an electric vehicle, please contact the owner to discuss the technical details and additional charges.
12,000 m2 enclosed park secured by electric gate. Private fenced and sheltered terrace + awning, garden furniture, barbecue, 2 sun loungers.
Numerous games: free access to the owner's heated indoor swimming pool from June to October (5m x 3m. Depth 0.90 to 1.20m), multi-activity sports field (basketball, Tennis, soccer), volleyball/badminton court, table tennis, swing.
Car parking. Quiet property, 10 km from Morlaas and 20 km from Pau. Occupied year-round accommodation.

ARLL Super séjour
Très bon séjour. Comme l'année dernière, nous avons retrouvé la gentillesse et la bonne humeur de Monique et Nicolas. Au top.
De belles choses à voir, Lourdes et ses magnifiques monuments, un tour à Gavarnie pour admirer les belles cascades, un tour incontournable au circuit Pau Arnos avec nos ado....
Enfin, de quoi bien changer les idées. Ça fait un bien fou.

Nous avons été très bien accueilli, le gîte correspondait aux photos.
Le parc très bien entretenu, endroit calme.
