In the heart of a remarkable park with tennis court and sheltered swimming pool to share, holiday cottage adjoining the owners' house.
Holiday cottage on first floor:
- Kitchenette (ceramic hob, microwave, electric oven, fridge-freezer, washing machine), dining area.
- Lounge area (sofa, TV, WIFI connection)
- Bathroom (Italian shower), wc.
- 1 bedroom (possibility of level access from terrace): 1 bed 140.
First floor:
- 1 bedroom (1 bed 140, 1 convertible sofa 140).
Beds made on arrival, bathroom linen provided.
Electric heating included in winter and air-conditioning in summer: unless you have an electric vehicle, please contact the owner to discuss the technical details and additional charges.
12,000 m2 enclosed park secured by electric gate. Private fenced and sheltered terrace + awning, garden furniture, barbecue, 2 sun loungers.
Numerous games: free access to the owner's heated indoor swimming pool from June to October (5m x 3m. Depth 0.90 to 1.20m), multi-activity sports field (basketball, Tennis, soccer), volleyball/badminton court, table tennis, swing.
Car parking. Quiet property, 10 km from Morlaas and 20 km from Pau. Occupied year-round accommodation.

Yann Excellent sejour
Excellent accueil chez Nicolas et Monique qui sont deux personnes extrêmement gentilles et prévenantes. Nous sommes restés trois jours dans leur havre de paix et nous en sommes repartis reposés et très satisfaits. Le logement en lui même est très fonctionnel, la piscine permet de se rafraîchir, et le terrain de tennis / foot aux enfants de jouer en toute sérénité. Bref un très chouette moment.

Très bon accueil dans un cadre magnifique.
Gîte pratique et très bien équipé. Jardin superbement entretenu. Parfait en famille pour jouer avec les petits à la piscine, tennis ....
