Cottage 2/4 pers. adjoining 1 other gite for 8 people in a character complex comprising this renovated barn facing the old restored water mill (uninhabited).
Lots of cachet. Calm and green environment. Fitted canal, water/fish reservoir, 4 ha property bordered by Gabas (trout fishing).
Ground floor: Living room (wood stove, BZ sofa, TV, internet connection), kitchen (oven and microwave, fridge-freezer, ceramic hob, dishwasher).
WC. Washing machine.
Stage. 1 bedroom (1 double bed), bed made, bathroom linen provided. Shower room, wc.
Electric heating and wood supplement. 2 terraces including 1 on the canal.
Garden furniture on each terrace, barbecue. Sun bathing.
Common shelter for 4 cars.
Swing, table tennis, table football and rackets. Trampoline. Petanque ground and petanque balls.

Un gîte très agréable
5/5Le gîte du Mouly est très beau, pour ceux qui aiment les bâtiments du patrimoine béarnais.
Le canal, la rivière, les arbres, la nature, il faut aimer se retrouver dans un endroit très calme et apprécier la nature.
Pour nous deux, ce fut parfait. L'équipement est complet et fonctionnel.
C'est un gîte entretenu et très propre, aménagé avec beaucoup de goût. Beaucoup de plaisir à s'y retrouver!- Cleanliness 5/5
