Rare, unspoilt setting, 4 hectares of private greenery bordered by the Gabas river (trout fishing). Calm and serenity are the order of the day.
The landscaped canal, the small wooden bridge and the restored water mill make up the bucolic setting for your vacation.
The restored barn has been converted into 2 Holiday cottages (the mill is not inhabited).
In your small Holiday cottage, you'll find everything you need:
Ground floor: Living room (wood-burning stove, BZ sofa, TV, FIBRE internet connection)
Kitchen (oven and microwave, fridge-freezer, ceramic hob, dishwasher). Opening onto terrace and canal.
WC. Washing machine.
Floor: 1 bedroom (1 bed 160), bed made, Bathroom linen provided. Shower room, WC.
Electric heating and wood heating extra. 2 terraces, 1 overlooking the canal.
Garden furniture on each terrace, barbecue. Sun loungers.
4-car carport.
Swing, table tennis, table soccer and rackets. Petanque pitch and boules.

TM Magnifique maison dans un cadre exceptionnel
Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette magnifique maison. Elle est située à environ 3 km de Miossens-Lanusse, dans un quartier très calme. La maison est parfaitement équipée. Il y a même un billard, une table de ping-pong et un baby-foot.
Les propriétaires, Irène et Michel, sont très sympathiques et serviables !

Gilles et Magalie un havre de paix
C'est un lieu de quiétude, loin de la civilisation et du bruit. Idéal pour se reposer.
Le gite est très bien conçu, propre, une décoration contemporaine, tout le nécessaire est à disposition pour passer un bon séjour. La literie est de qualité.
L'espace extérieur est très sympa aussi avec une partie terrasse /salon de jardin même si le temps ne nous a pas permis d'en profiter beaucoup.
Nous avons apprécié le vin et le gâteau de bienvenu.
Nous avons rencontré Irène et Michel les propriétaires, des personnes charmantes et authentiques. Encore un grand merci , inutile de vous redire que nous recommandons vivement votre location.- Cleanliness
