2/4-person gîte adjoining 1 other 8-person gîte in a character complex comprising this renovated barn facing the restored old water mill (uninhabited).
Lots of character. Quiet, leafy setting. Canal, reservoir/fishpond, 4 ha property bordered by Gabas (trout fishing).
Ground floor: Living room (wood-burning stove, BZ sofa, TV, internet connection), kitchen (oven and microwave, fridge-freezer, ceramic hob, dishwasher).
WC. Washing machine.
First floor. 1 bedroom (1 bed 160), bed made up, bathroom linen provided. Shower room, WC.
Electric heating and wood for extra charge. 2 terraces, 1 overlooking the canal.
Garden furniture on each terrace, barbecue. Sun loungers.
4-car carport.
Swing, table tennis, table soccer and rackets. Trampoline. Petanque pitch and boules.

5/5Mis à part la chaleur dans la chambre (mais possibilité de repli dans la salle) et les moustiques cet année (mais personne n'y peux rien) tout a été parfait. Le gite est très agréable, au calme, un vrai cocon. Quant au propriétaire : Adorables.

5/5Propriétaire très sympathique. Gites très bien équipé. Très propre. Accueil très étonnant avec les grenouilles et ce petit ruisseau cela met de la vie sans que cette option ne soit dérangeante. Merci beaucoup pour cette agréable
