A self-contained gîte for 8/9 people, ideal for a get-together with family or friends.
Here, you're guaranteed a breath of fresh air as nature surrounds you. You're in the typical village of Accous, on the banks of a tributary of the Gave d'Aspe.
This country house, restored with respect for the old buildings, offers comfort and modernity.

- Large, light-filled living room with bay windows overlooking nature, lovely table for sharing meals, cosy living room with wood-burning stove, internet connection and connected TV.
- Spacious kitchen equipped with quality appliances: dishwasher, fridge-freezer, microwave, electric oven and 5-burner gas hob, food processor, semi-professional coffee machine.
- 1 separate WC.
FLOOR:
- 3 bedrooms (3 x 160 cm beds, 1 x 90 cm bed) with private bathroom (shower, washbasin, toilet)
- 1 bedroom with 1 x 120 cm bed (1 adult or 2 children). 1 BB bed and high chair
- Living room, library with books and board games
- Laundry room: washing machine and dryer, shower. 1 separate toilet with hand-washer.
Pleasant garden facing the mountains, with a Nordic bath available for a moment of relaxation (2 FREE BATHS).
Beds made for your arrival - towels provided - WIFI connection.
HEATING INCLUDED (heat pump). WOOD NOT INCLUDED (logs for the living room stove - bags of pellets to heat the Nordic bath).
Parking on the property. Barn for storing ski equipment or bicycles.
