The gîte is laid out on the ground floor of the owners' house with independent access via an outside staircase. It is located 1.2km from the town of Souraide and 3.7km from Espelette.
The apartment is comfortable and spacious.
Day room with fitted kitchen area (induction hob, oven, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, microwave), living room, lounge area, sleeping area separated by a glass roof (1 double bed), shower room /wc (washing machine/dryer).
Private terrace with garden furniture facing nature. Car park.
Bed made for arrival, towels and house linen provided. Electric heating included.
The cottage is ideally located to discover the Basque coast and inland. The lake of St Pée-sur-Nivelle is 6.2km away (tree climbing, zip line, canoe…), the beaches of St Jean-de-Luz 20km away.
