The gîte is on the garden level of the owners' house, with independent access via an outside staircase. It is located 1.2km from the village of Souraide and 3.7km from Espelette.
The apartment is comfortable and spacious.
Dayroom with fully-equipped kitchenette (induction hob, oven, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, microwave), living room, sitting area, sleeping area separated by a glass roof (1 double bed), shower room/wc (washing machine/dryer).
Private terrace with garden furniture overlooking the countryside. Parking.
Bed made up on arrival, towels and household linen provided. Electric heating included.
The gîte is ideally located for exploring the Basque Coast and inland. The St Pée-sur-Nivelle lake is 6.2km away (accrobranche, tyrolienne, canoeing...), and the beaches of St Jean-de-Luz are 20km away.

Greg très agréable
Gîte très agréable, très calme, chambre et salle de bain spacieuse, vue sur la nature.
Seul petit bémol, la table extérieure mais ça reste un détail.
Propriétaires fort sympathiques.

dobbie Excellent séjour
Nous avons été très bien accueillis par les propriétaires dans un gite très propre, très bien équipé. Ce gite est vraiment très confortable et fonctionnel.
Il est aussi très bien situé, à proximité à la fois de l'Océan (15 min de Saint Jean de Luz) et de la campagne (5 min d'Espelette), non loin de Biarritz et Bayonne.
