Unique ground-floor gîte in the owner's house.
Equipped kitchenette (fridge-freezer, 4 gas hobs, electric oven), living room with sitting area (TV). 2 bedrooms (1 bed 140, 2 beds 90), shower room (washing machine, shower, basin), separate wc, storage room.
Reversible heating and air conditioning included. Bed linen provided, beds made on arrival. Towels available for hire.
Private terrace with awning, garden furniture, plancha, sun loungers. Unenclosed shared garden. Carport.
Gîte set on the slopes of the Adour river in the Basque Country.
Nautical base (swimming, windsurfing, mountain biking, pedal boats...) in Sames.
Possibility of internet access (low speed), weak mobile network.
Pets welcome. Short stays not available in July and August.

Gîte très confortable et très bien équipé voire même plus que nos espérances. Nous avons été très bien accueillis par les propriétaires qui ont été adorables tout au long de notre séjour. Nous avons eu un pincement au cœur de partir mais merci à eux pour avoir contribué à cette semaine de vacances très agréable.
