Unique ground-floor gîte in the owner's house.
Equipped kitchenette (fridge-freezer, 4 gas hobs, electric oven), living room with sitting area (TV). 2 bedrooms (1 bed 140, 2 beds 90), shower room (washing machine, shower, basin), separate wc, storage room.
Reversible heating and air conditioning included. Bed linen provided, beds made on arrival. Towels available for hire.
Private terrace with awning, garden furniture, plancha, sun loungers. Unenclosed shared garden. Carport.
Gîte set on the slopes of the Adour river in the Basque Country.
Nautical base (swimming, windsurfing, mountain biking, pedal boats...) in Sames.
Possibility of internet access (low speed), weak mobile network.
Pets welcome. Short stays not available in July and August.

Le gîte était très propre et bien équipé.
Les propriétaires du gîte sont très sympathique et n'hésite pas à nous rendre service.
Malheureusement la météo n'était pas au rendez-vous.

DNG Super super
Appartement en rdc d'une maison Basque, très bien aménagé avec espace réservé devant, vite accessible depuis l'autoroute, à la campagne mais assez proche de commerces ou villages voisins, l'ensemble B.A.B comme les plages à moins d'une demie heure, très bien placé pour parcourir le pays Basque...et hôtes sympas, discrets, avec au surplus une délicate attention à l'arrivée.
