2 bedrooms (2 x 140cm beds). Bathroom (Italian shower), separate wc.
Upstairs, accessed via a spiral staircase: 1 bedroom (1 bed 160, bed linen provided).
Cleaning option available at extra cost. Gas heating not included - Electricity (beyond 8kw/day) not included. 1 bag of pellets supplied on arrival.
To the rear of the house, not overlooked: a pleasant west-facing wooden terrace, a wooded, enclosed garden with summer above-ground Piscine (open from early July, August to mid-September), garden furniture, gas plancha, 2 sun loungers. To the front of the house, a small unfenced green space.

Your Holiday cottage is independent. Only the garage is shared with the owner (gardening equipment) and her cat (access for food).
You'll be able to store your equipment and access the washing machine for your exclusive use. There is free parking for cars on the street, which is a cul-de-sac.
It's not possible to recharge your electric car: there are charging points less than 10 minutes from the house.
