Holiday cottage with 4-star comfort, set in the outbuildings of an old farmhouse, in the heart of nature, with PRIVATE SPA open all year round. On the first floor, you'll find a bright, pastel-colored living room opening onto the garden and comprising: - a fully-equipped kitchen (induction cooker, electric oven, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, microwave) - a convivial dining area, a comfortable living room with TV and WIFI fiber internet connection, DVD and CD player.
- The large bay window opens onto the enclosed, south-facing garden (wooden fence without fencing).
Upstairs, a corridor leads to: - 1 bedroom with 2 beds 90 x 190, 1 bedroom with 1 bed 160 x 200, - 1 master bedroom with 1 bed 160 x 200 and en-suite bathroom (shower and washbasin) - 1 separate WC at the end of the corridor. Your pet is welcome (extra charge €5/day) but not allowed upstairs.
Outside, you'll need to keep an eye on it or keep it tied up (horses, cats, dogs and chickens on site - owners' house next door). 35 m2 terrace with garden table and benches, wooden armchairs, 6-seater Spa and a bowling green (boules provided) to take full advantage of the beautifully landscaped grounds and peaceful surroundings. Plancha and barbecue. Small tree climbing course, badminton, swing and slide, your kids will have plenty to play with! Baby equipment available: Umbrella bed, changing mat, high chair/seat, baby gate for stairs and bed, bathtub, baby carrier for hiking. Electricity charged extra (heating of cottage, heating of SPA, charged beyond the 8 kwh/day included). HOUSEHOLDING INCLUDED IN THE RATE. Towels and bathrobes provided. Possibility of renting sheets at extra cost. The Holiday cottage is close to the owners' home, with private parking and separate access road, so as not to disturb your privacy. The property is very pleasant, with trees, and you'll appreciate the shade of the large trees in summer and its southern exposure in colder periods. The owners who live next door also have cats, dogs, horses and chickens: you'll need to keep an eye on your pet as the areas are not hermetically sealed.

    le Béarn

    Les espaces (intérieur et extérieur) sont vastes. Le lieu est très reposant, l'horizon est dégagé et permet de voir les champs où déambulent des chevaux et les reliefs tout autour. La région est magnifique, les visites ne sont pas éloignées, les routes secondaires sont sinueuses mais très belles. De plus de nombreuses activités sont accessibles pour tous les niveaux, aucune raison de s'ennuyer. Quel beau séjour!

    Gite du chêne

    Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour au gîte du chêne a Ledeuix.
    L’accueil a été chaleureux et attentionné, ce qui nous a mis à l’aise dès notre arrivée. Le gîte est parfaitement entretenu, propre et bien équipé, offrant tout le confort nécessaire pour passer de belles vacances.
    Le cadre est paisible et verdoyant, idéal pour se ressourcer et profiter de la nature environnante.
    Nous garderons un excellent souvenir de ce séjour et recommandons vivement ce gîte à tous ceux qui souhaitent découvrir la région dans les meilleures conditions.

    Un séjour familial inoubliable !

    Nous avons passé un merveilleux moment en famille dans ce gîte plein de charme. L’accueil a été chaleureux dès notre arrivée, avec des hôtes attentionnés et disponibles tout au long du séjour. Le gîte est parfaitement équipé, très propre, et décoré avec goût. On s’y sent tout de suite comme chez soi.

    Nous avons adoré l’espace extérieur idéal pour jouer en toute tranquillité et profiter du calme et de la nature environnante. La région est magnifique, avec de belles balades à faire et des activités pour tous les âges à proximité.

    Un grand merci pour cette parenthèse de sérénité et de convivialité. Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir !

    Belle découverte

    Nous avons passé une excellente semaine dans le gîte du chêne ! Nous avons été très bien accueilli. Le logement est parfait, très bien équipé et propre. Nos enfants de 7 et 3 ans ont adorés jouer à l’extérieur ! C’est très calme et très reposant. Nous recommandons les yeux fermés

    Havre de paix !

    Accueil chaleureux par les propriétaires, très sympatiques. Gîte très propre dans un endroit calme en pleine nature. Equipement top et situation geographique ideale pour rejoindre les vallées aux alentours. Nous y reviendrons probablement!
