Holiday cottage with 4-star comfort, set in the outbuildings of an old farmhouse, in the heart of nature, with PRIVATE SPA open all year round. On the first floor, you'll find a bright, pastel-colored living room opening onto the garden and comprising: - a fully-equipped kitchen (induction cooker, electric oven, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, microwave) - a convivial dining area, a comfortable living room with TV and WIFI fiber internet connection, DVD and CD player.
- The large bay window opens onto the enclosed, south-facing garden (wooden fence without fencing).
Upstairs, a corridor leads to: - 1 bedroom with 2 beds 90 x 190, 1 bedroom with 1 bed 160 x 200, - 1 master bedroom with 1 bed 160 x 200 and en-suite bathroom (shower and washbasin) - 1 separate WC at the end of the corridor. Your pet is welcome (extra charge €5/day) but not allowed upstairs.
Outside, you'll need to keep an eye on it or keep it tied up (horses, cats, dogs and chickens on site - owners' house next door). 35 m2 terrace with garden table and benches, wooden armchairs, 6-seater Spa and a bowling green (boules provided) to take full advantage of the beautifully landscaped grounds and peaceful surroundings. Plancha and barbecue. Small tree climbing course, badminton, swing and slide, your kids will have plenty to play with! Baby equipment available: Umbrella bed, changing mat, high chair/seat, baby gate for stairs and bed, bathtub, baby carrier for hiking. Electricity charged extra (heating of cottage, heating of SPA, charged beyond the 8 kwh/day included). HOUSEHOLDING INCLUDED IN THE RATE. Towels and bathrobes provided. Possibility of renting sheets at extra cost. The Holiday cottage is close to the owners' home, with private parking and separate access road, so as not to disturb your privacy. The property is very pleasant, with trees, and you'll appreciate the shade of the large trees in summer and its southern exposure in colder periods. The owners who live next door also have cats, dogs, horses and chickens: you'll need to keep an eye on your pet as the areas are not hermetically sealed.
