First floor: 3 bedrooms (2 x 160cm beds, 2 x 90cm beds), 2 with en-suite bathrooms. Shower room, wc.
Electric heating (heat pump) included.
Beds made on arrival, linen and towels included.
Holiday cottage ideally located near the village of St Pée-sur-Nivelle, shops, restaurants and 5.1km from the lake (pedal boats, swimming, canoeing...).

Klem Gîte familial très bien situé
Le gîte est confortable, lumineux et très bien situé : on peut se rendre à pied au joli village de Saint Pée par un agréable chemin piétonnier qui longe la Nivelle. Le "plus" bien appréciable : le linge de lit et de toilette est gracieusement fourni. L'accueil de la propriétaire est discret et attentionné.

Poitevin Idéal pour se ressourcer
Gîte très confortable et idéalement situé pour visiter le pays basque de la montagne à la côte, sans oublier de faire un petit tour en Espagne. Nous avons été accueilli chaleureusement par Régine et merci à ses précieux conseils.
