Holiday cottage to the rear of the owner's house, with private access via the garden.
First floor: fitted kitchen (microwave, fridge-freezer, ceramic hob, oven, dishwasher), living room, sitting room. opens onto terrace.
First floor: 3 bedrooms (2 x 160cm beds, 2 x 90cm beds), 2 with en-suite bathrooms. Shower room, wc.
Electric heating (heat pump) included.
Beds made on arrival, linen and towels included.
Holiday cottage ideally located near the village of St Pée-sur-Nivelle, shops, restaurants and 5.1km from the lake (pedal boats, swimming, canoeing...).

Gite très bien situé mer montagne campagne espagne propriétaire très sympathique extrêmement accueillante nous y retournerons avec plaisir si nous retournons un jour dans cette région merci à Regine

Comme à la maison!

Un gîte comme on l’aime… Régine a été très accueillante et adorable. Le gîte est très propre, la literie neuve, très bien placé à 15 min d’Espelette, 20 min de St Jean de Luz. Nous nous y sommes sentis comme à la maison. L’entrée indépendante est idéale avec la place de parking.
Nous avons passé un super séjour dans ce gîte et nous reviendrons, c’est sur!

La maison est spacieuse, bien équipée, la literie est confortable, dommage que le frigo était mal nettoyé.
La propriétaire est adorable.
