4-person gîte adjoining the owner's apartment, on the edge of the road (D257).
First floor: equipped kitchenette (fridge-freezer, microwave), living room, sitting area.
First floor: 2 bedrooms (2 x 140cm beds, 2 x 90cm trundle beds), shower room, wc.
Electric heating included.
Sheets and household linen provided for rentals of 7 days minimum, beds made up on arrival. Linen rental available.
Parking, enclosed courtyard, private terrace, small garden, garden furniture, electric grill. Swing/toboggan.
Bus stop 20m away.
Gîte located 1 km from town (bakery, pharmacy) and 600 m from Intermarché, 12 km from Bayonne, 18 km from the 1st beaches of the Basque Coast.

séjour à Urcuit

excellents rapports avec la propriétaire et ses proches. Nous avons demandé à la propriétaire de rajouter un tapis anti-dérapant et une barre de sécurité dans la douche, et dans la mesure du possible de climatiser ou mettre des ventilateurs au 1er étage. un gros avantage, afin de ne pas utiliser son véhicule pour se rendre à Bayonne ou autres destinations , d'utiliser les transports en commun, les arrêts se trouvant devant la maison.
