4-person gîte adjoining the owner's apartment, on the edge of the road (D257).
First floor: equipped kitchenette (fridge-freezer, microwave), living room, sitting area.
First floor: 2 bedrooms (2 x 140cm beds, 2 x 90cm trundle beds), shower room, wc.
Electric heating included.
Sheets and household linen provided for rentals of 7 days minimum, beds made up on arrival. Linen rental available.
Parking, enclosed courtyard, private terrace, small garden, garden furniture, electric grill. Swing/toboggan.
Bus stop 20m away.
Gîte located 1 km from town (bakery, pharmacy) and 600 m from Intermarché, 12 km from Bayonne, 18 km from the 1st beaches of the Basque Coast.

Gîte très très agréable. Accueil très sympathique et agréable de la part de la propriétaire et sa famille, tout est fait pour nous rendre le séjour très agréable avec des petites attentions qui font toujours plaisirs. Logement très propre, bien équipé et literie impeccable, nous reviendrons sans aucune hésitation. Gite idéalement bien situé pour faire de belles choses dans le pays basque. Je recommande vivement.
