Jean-Luc and Odette welcome you to a pleasant, single-storey Bungalow in the heart of the Countryside, in a calm, peaceful setting with wide-open spaces and panoramic views over the hamlet of Ste Radegonde, just 6 km from the center of Villeneuve sur Lot, on the Route des Bastides and not far from villages classified as "France's most beautiful villages", castles, horse-riding farms, golf, Fishing, cycling, Hiking, Vineyard, Agen prunes.... Nature and gastronomy await you! You'll be staying in a recent house for 6 people, with a large living room and fully-equipped kitchen (microwave, dishwasher, washing machine...). With 2 separate WCs, a bathroom and a shower room, and above all a vast 700 m2 private, fenced outdoor space (play area, barbecue, terrace and veranda). Heating extra according to meter reading (2.5 € per m3).

Gîte au calme très confortable et fonctionnel Propreté ++
La véranda a été très appréciée de nos deux chats (encore Merci car il est
de plus en plus difficile de trouver un gîte acceptant les animaux surtout les chats)
Très belle région de plus le beau temps a été au RDV toute la semaine
Une adresse à retenir pour y revenir

Phil Très bon séjour.
Accueil agréable, hôtes accueuillants, espace de vie très spatieux, grand jardin idéal pour les enfants. De belles ballades à faire pour petits et grands. Bon rapport qualité/prix. Je recommande.
