Jean-Luc and Odette welcome you to a pleasant, single-storey Bungalow in the heart of the Countryside, in a calm, peaceful setting with wide-open spaces and panoramic views over the hamlet of Ste Radegonde, just 6 km from the center of Villeneuve sur Lot, on the Route des Bastides and not far from villages classified as "France's most beautiful villages", castles, horse-riding farms, golf, Fishing, cycling, Hiking, Vineyard, Agen prunes.... Nature and gastronomy await you! You'll be staying in a recent house for 6 people, with a large living room and fully-equipped kitchen (microwave, dishwasher, washing machine...). With 2 separate WCs, a bathroom and a shower room, and above all a vast 700 m2 private, fenced outdoor space (play area, barbecue, terrace and veranda). Heating extra according to meter reading (2.5 € per m3).
