Jean-Luc and Odette welcome you to a pleasant, single-storey Bungalow in the heart of the Countryside, in a calm, peaceful setting with wide-open spaces and panoramic views over the hamlet of Ste Radegonde, just 6 km from the center of Villeneuve sur Lot, on the Route des Bastides and not far from villages classified as "France's most beautiful villages", castles, horse-riding farms, golf, Fishing, cycling, Hiking, Vineyard, Agen prunes.... Nature and gastronomy await you! You'll be staying in a recent house for 6 people, with a large living room and fully-equipped kitchen (microwave, dishwasher, washing machine...). With 2 separate WCs, a bathroom and a shower room, and above all a vast 700 m2 private, fenced outdoor space (play area, barbecue, terrace and veranda). Heating extra according to meter reading (2.5 € per m3).

Famille G et B Tres bien
Gîte très confortable, très calme à la campagne, près des lieux touristiques. Idéal pour se reposer. Les propriétaires sont très accueillants et de de bons conseils pour les visites et la découverte du département. Nous gardons d'excellents souvenirs de notre séjour, trop court, au gîte du Marrel.

Les normands Super gîte
Le gîte est reposant, après une journée de découverte des beaux villages qui l’entourent.
Il est bien situé et bien équipé. Rien ne manque.
Les propriétaires sont accueillants et tellement gentils, ils savent très bien nous guider pour les visites. Ce fut un plaisir partagé de parler avec eux de leur région et du terroir local.
