Jean-Luc and Odette welcome you to a pleasant, single-storey Bungalow in the heart of the Countryside, in a calm, peaceful setting with wide-open spaces and panoramic views over the hamlet of Ste Radegonde, just 6 km from the center of Villeneuve sur Lot, on the Route des Bastides and not far from villages classified as "France's most beautiful villages", castles, horse-riding farms, golf, Fishing, cycling, Hiking, Vineyard, Agen prunes.... Nature and gastronomy await you! You'll be staying in a recent house for 6 people, with a large living room and fully-equipped kitchen (microwave, dishwasher, washing machine...). With 2 separate WCs, a bathroom and a shower room, and above all a vast 700 m2 private, fenced outdoor space (play area, barbecue, terrace and veranda). Heating extra according to meter reading (2.5 € per m3).

Solene Agréable séjour
Nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans ce gîte conforme à sa description. Dans un environnement calme, nous avons apprécié de prendre le petit déjeuner avec vue sur les chèvres. La maison est bien située proche de beaux villages à visiter, les hôtes accueillants. Je recommande sans hésitation.

Clément Séjour en famille pour Noël
Gîte calme, agréable et confortable dans un beau cadre avec des voisines charmantes, les chèvres. Un bon accueil des propriétaires avec une bonne confiture faite maison. Une adresse à garder pour nos prochaines visites dans la région.

Gite vraiment agréable, au calme.
Tout y est comme à la maison.
Literie confortable
Coin douche, 2e WC et buanderie vraiment pratique.
A proximité de plusieurs site touristique et commerces.
Les propriétaires sont très accueillants et aimables....

Famille G et B Tres bien
Gîte très confortable, très calme à la campagne, près des lieux touristiques. Idéal pour se reposer. Les propriétaires sont très accueillants et de de bons conseils pour les visites et la découverte du département. Nous gardons d'excellents souvenirs de notre séjour, trop court, au gîte du Marrel.
