We welcome you to Léon, a small, welcoming coastal village nestled between the Forest and the ocean, just 8 km from the beaches of Moliets. You’ll enjoy swimming in the Lake as well as the various water sports on offer, the Courant d’Huchet Nature Reserve and its exceptional natural setting, the bike paths for easy and safe exploration, and the local shops and summer market. Enjoy a pleasant stay just 400 meters from the Lake—perfect for exploring year-round with family or friends!
Villa Bel Air is located in a residential neighborhood.
It features a 500-square-meter private, fully enclosed garden with a spacious covered terrace complete with patio furniture, sun loungers, and a barbecue.
Built on one level, it features a living area with a living room (TV), dining room, and open-concept fully equipped kitchen (induction cooktop, range hood, refrigerator with freezer compartment, dishwasher, oven, microwave, washing machine),
3 bedrooms (1 160-bed, 1 140-bed, 2 90-beds),
a bathroom (walk-in shower),
and a separate toilet.
Baby equipment (Umbrella bed, high chair, baby bathtub) can be provided upon request.
During the off-season, Electric heating is charged as an extra based on your actual usage.

Mily séjour agréable
nous avons passé une agréable semaine avec notre chien dans ce gîte. Il est équipé de tout le nécessaire, une belle terrasse agréable même par temps pluvieux, un quartier calme, un lac accessible à pied. Seul bémol pas de trottoir pour les piétons. La propriétaire est très aimable, accessible pour les heures d'arrivée et de départ. Il y a beaucoup de sites à visiter aux alentours de Léon.

Séjour très agréable dans une maison idéalement située à côte du lac Leon et à proximité de l'océan. Accueil très agréable de la propriétaire.

Cathy et Pat Extrêmement agréable
Ce gîte est parfait pour un séjour dans le sud des Landes. À deux pas du lac et à proximité des plages Océane. L’accueil est parfait, la propriétaire est extrêmement accueillante, le gite est très agréable car très bien isolé, il fait frais en pleine journée, le terrain est spacieux et ombragé. Nous avons eu beaucoup de regrets de quitter ce petit paradis. Nous vous le recommandons.

le gîte est idéalement situé, entre le lac et le village de Léon. La propriétaire est très accueillante , de plus, la confiance qu'elle porte aux occupants est contagieuse et le respect s’installe d'office dans les rapports avec celle ci. le gîte et très propre, il ne manque rien à l'intérieur pour passer un excellent séjour, les espaces verts très bien entretenus. franchement, merci beaucoup.
