We welcome you to Léon, a small, friendly coastal village nestled between the Forest and the Ocean, just 8km from the beaches of Moliets. You'll love swimming in the Lake, the various water sports on offer, the courants d'Huchet nature reserve and its exceptional natural environment, the cycle paths for easy and safe cycling, the various shops and the summer Market. A pleasant stay just 400m from the Lake to discover all year round with family or friends!

Villa Bel Air is located in a residential area.
It benefits from a 500m² private, fully-enclosed garden featuring a vast covered terrace with garden furniture, sun loungers and barbecue.
All on one level, it comprises a living room with TV, dining room and open kitchen (induction hob, extractor hood, fridge with freezer compartment, dishwasher, oven, microwave, washing machine),
3 bedrooms (2 x 140cm beds, 2 x 90cm beds),
shower room (Italian shower),
separate toilet.

Baby equipment (Umbrella bed, high chair, bathtub) can be supplied on request.

Out of season, Electric heating is extra, depending on actual consumption.

    sejour tres agreable maison tres fonctionnelle juste un petit bemol le grillage qui donne sur la route meriterais d etre consolider mais convient pour des chiens de taille moyenne tres bon acceuil de la proprietaire je recommande vivement cette location

    Beau gîte, mais...

    Gîte parfait conforme aux photos, bien située. Maison mal isolée, obligé de mettre du chauffage matin et soir ce qui m'a engendré un surcoût électrique, (65€) pour 2 alors que le logement est pour 6, sachant que nous notre séjour c'est terminé 1 journée avant.

    Excellent séjour à Léon

    Gîte très agréable, confortable et bien situé tout proche du lac de Léon. La propriétaire est sympathique et arrangeante. Bel espace extérieur avec facilité pour se garer. Beaucoup de plages agréables à proximité.
    Avec un accès Internet, ce serait parfait...forfait à inclure dans le prix.
    Nous reviendrons avec plaisir. Merci.

    Vacances Leon

    Très non accueil, logement bien situé confortable et très propre. De plus chiens autorisés(2), ce qui est plutôt rares de nos jours.. je recommande

    Maison très agréable, calme , tout équipée comme a la maison , propreté irréprochable, literie impeccable. Lumineuse.
    Proche des commerces, du centre , et du lac ...
    Bien Desservie,
    Propriétaire très accueillante , et très agréable...
    On la remercie....
    Aucun regret .
    On y reviendra très vite et plusieurs fois
