Authenticity and character for this beautiful 350m² stone-built architectural ensemble, just 30 km from the beaches of the Landes region and at the gateway to the Basque Country and Spain.
Ideal for a Wellbeing and relaxation break with family or friends, this vacation rental offers a private heated swimming pool (6mx3m) (open from June to September, weather permitting) and a Wellbeing area with a 6-seater spa and sauna, as well as a summer kitchen. The enclosed garden and paved courtyard further extend the indoor living space, and promise plenty of conviviality in complete safety. Located in the small village of Saint Lon les Mines, you have easy access on foot or by bike to all the village's shops and leisure facilities.

Parking is available in the courtyard. A free public parking lot is also available on the village square.
The complex comprises 2 buildings offering a total of 7 bedrooms, 5 shower rooms and 5 WCs for a capacity of 15 people.
The main house comprises, on the ground floor
a large living room (2 TVs, WIFI),
dining room and open kitchen (4 induction hobs, electric oven, American fridge, microwave, extractor hood, dishwasher),
shower room with toilet,
a storeroom.
1st floor:
2 bedrooms (1 bed 160x200 and 2 beds 90x200),
a shower room with toilet,
separate toilet.
Second floor:
2 attic bedrooms (2 beds 160x200),
a huge timber-framed dormitory with 5 beds 90x190 and a TV gaming room for Kids, a shower room with wc.
Crossing the small courtyard, you'll find 2 suites (1 bed 160 and 1 bed 180 with private shower room and wc) in the outbuilding and the 50m² "Espace Bien Etre" with Spa and sauna.
Bed linen and towels provided.
Baby equipment: Umbrella bed, high chair, booster seat, bathtub, cutlery.

La maison est très grande et pleine de charme.Enfants , adultes et grands-parents ont chacun leurs espaces, la vaisselle est en nombre et bien équipée, tout est confortable et très harmonieux.

Fantastique week-end dans ce gite où tout prête à la détente, au calme et au plaisir de partager.
La villa est spacieuse et très bien équipée, les chambres magnifiques avec leur salle d'eau chacune. Que dire du spa immense ?

Algo caro para un fin de semana donde no puedes disfrutar de la casa el domingo ya que a las 10:00 tienes que salir.
Almohadas incómodas pero camas y sabanas buenas.
La casa es preciosa y cómoda pero tiene detalles poco cuidados: material de limpieza sucio y viejo (fregona y estropajo), sin espontex y con solo una bolsa de basura.
En los baños no hay jabón para la ducha, sería un detalle tener un dispensador.Ppr lo demás está genial, limpio, el jacuzzi y la sauna funcionan bien y la zona es tranquila.

Nous sommes ravis que vous ayez passé un bon week-end dans notre villa. Votre réservation se terminait à 10h et nous ne pouvions pas décaler la sortie car la villa était louée après vous. La maison étant grande et étant soucieux qu'elle soit propre pour les prochains locataires, nous ne pouvions pas décaler votre départ. Nous tenons compte de vos remarques mais le matériel cité n'est pas à fournir par le propriétaire.
Nous apprécions cependant que vous recommandiez notre gîte à vos amis.
