Ideal for a Wellbeing and relaxation break with family or friends, this vacation rental offers a private heated swimming pool (6mx3m) (open from June to September, weather permitting) and a Wellbeing area with a 6-seater spa and sauna, as well as a summer kitchen. The enclosed garden and paved courtyard further extend the indoor living space, and promise plenty of conviviality in complete safety. Located in the small village of Saint Lon les Mines, you have easy access on foot or by bike to all the village's shops and leisure facilities.

The complex comprises 2 buildings offering a total of 7 bedrooms, 5 shower rooms and 5 WCs for a capacity of 15 people.

The main house comprises, on the ground floor
a large living room (2 TVs, WIFI),
dining room and open kitchen (4 induction hobs, electric oven, American fridge, microwave, extractor hood, dishwasher),
shower room with toilet,
a storeroom.

1st floor:
2 bedrooms (1 bed 160x200 and 2 beds 90x200),
a shower room with toilet,
separate toilet.

Second floor:
2 attic bedrooms (2 beds 160x200),
a huge timber-framed dormitory with 5 beds 90x190 and a TV gaming room for Kids, a shower room with wc.

Crossing the small courtyard, you'll find 2 suites (1 bed 160 and 1 bed 180 with private shower room and wc) in the outbuilding and the 50m² "Espace Bien Etre" with Spa and sauna.

Bed linen and towels provided.
