Comfortable, relaxing gîte, ideally located for exploring the coast, away from the crowds, in a popular area renowned for its calm and beauty between lake, ocean and forest, yet close to all amenities.
A pretty house with swimming pool (to be shared with the owners on site) to relax and enjoy good times with family or friends on 3500m2 of wooded grounds with garden and orchard.

Our vacation rental is self-contained and air-conditioned. All on one level, it comprises :
- a 32m2 living room with lounge area (TV, WIFI), dining area and open kitchen (dishwasher, induction hob, extractor hood, electric oven, microwave, large fridge + freezer)
- one 12m2 bedroom with large closet and 1 bed 160x200
- one bedroom: 12m2 with cupboard and 2 beds 90x200 (can be made into a double bed).
- shower room: large walk-in shower and washing machine
- separate toilet.
For your comfort, sheets, towels, household linen, end-of-stay cleaning, water and electricity are included.

Outside, you'll find a private covered terrace with garden furniture and barbecue, in the heart of a shared plot with the owners,
You also have access to table tennis and pétanque.

The swimming pool (10m x 3.5m, depth 1.40m) is shared with the owners. It's open from June to September, weather permitting, and secured by an electric roller shutter. The pool surrounds are tiled with deckchairs and garden furniture.
Baby equipment (cot and high chair) is available.
