A haven of peace, a dream location, just 7km from the ocean, beaches and Vieux Boucau marine lake, and 4km from the large Soustons lake with sailing, kayaking, paddling, rowing, fishing, accrobranche, sports fields, skatepark...
Comfortable, relaxing gîte, ideally located for exploring the coast, away from the crowds, in a popular area renowned for its calm and beauty between lake, ocean and forest, yet close to all amenities.
A pretty house with swimming pool (to be shared with the owners on site) to relax and enjoy good times with family or friends on 3500m2 of wooded grounds with garden and orchard.
Our vacation rental is self-contained and air-conditioned. All on one level, it comprises :
- a 32m2 living room with lounge area (TV, WIFI), dining area and open kitchen (dishwasher, induction hob, extractor hood, electric oven, microwave, large fridge + freezer)
- one 12m2 bedroom with large closet and 1 bed 160x200
- one bedroom: 12m2 with cupboard and 2 beds 90x200 (can be made into a double bed).
- shower room: large walk-in shower and washing machine
- separate toilet.
For your comfort, sheets, towels, household linen, end-of-stay cleaning, water and electricity are included.
Outside, you'll find a private covered terrace with garden furniture and barbecue, in the heart of a shared plot with the owners,
You also have access to table tennis and pétanque.
The swimming pool (10m x 3.5m, depth 1.40m) is shared with the owners. It's open from June to September, weather permitting, and secured by an electric roller shutter. The pool surrounds are tiled with deckchairs and garden furniture.
Baby equipment (cot and high chair) is available.

Les nantais Gite super

François Très bon séjour d'été
Très bon séjour, propriétaires aux petits soins, tout était impeccable, juste un petit bémol pour le matelas assez dur, prévoir un surmatelas. La piscine partagée fait que le prix aurait pu être réduit.

Bill L Fabulous gite in peaceful location
My wife, myself and our 13 year old son spent a wonderful 2 weeks at La Maison Poulet. Eric & Brigitte made us feel very welcome and were available if we needed any help.
The gite was spotless, the swimming pool was fabulous on hot days. We enjoyed exploring the local lakes and tried kayaking and paddle boarding. In fact we loved our 2 weeks so much that we have already booked to return next year. We’re looking forward to our return !

Ilka Wunderschöne Ferien
Wir haben 3 wunderbare Wochen in der Unterkunft von Brigitte und Erik verbracht. Reizende Vermieter, top Ausstattung, sehr sauber, alles neu, geschmackvolle Einrichtung, ruhige Lage in einem traumhaften Garten. Den Pool haben wir ebenfalls sehr genossen. Zum Strand ist es nicht weit, und die sehenswerten Orte in der Umgebung (Bayonne, Saint Jean de Luz, San Sebastian, Dune du Pilat…) sind mit geringem Zeitaufwand zu erreichen. Wir werden wiederkommen!

Que dire de ce gîte sinon que tout est parfait. Le Gîte a été conçu avec beaucoup de goût et est très fonctionnel. Rien ne manque.
La terrasse privée qui donne sur un grand terrain arboré et proche de la magnifique piscine est un plus sans aucun doute. Endroit très calme et très bien situé, à proximité des commerces et de SOUSTONS. Sympathie hors pair des propriétaires, Eric et Brigitte, qui tout en étant toujours à l'écoute sont très discrets et de bons conseils.
