In wilderness country, between Lac de Vassivière and Nedde, this isolated hillside house boasts unobstructed views over the countryside. It's not unusual to spot a hare or a doe strolling through the garden. The wooden terrace, suspended over the meadow, is an invitation to serenity or to enjoy a meal together.
On the first floor, direct access to a large living area featuring a lounge with wood-burning stove, kitchen and dining area, laundry room (washing machine, tumble dryer, freezer). Another small, cosy lounge with bookcase leads to a toilet and a bedroom (1 x 160 cm double bed). First floor minus 1, a bedroom (2 twin beds 90 cm) and a bathroom. On the 1st floor, a large through bedroom (2 x 2 Bunk beds 90 cm, 1 Baby bed), 1 bedroom (2 twin beds 90 cm) lit by a velux window, 1 bedroom (2 twin beds 90 cm), 2 small shower rooms, 1 with toilet, 1 separate toilet. Electric heating. Barbecue, deckchairs and garden furniture, table tennis, pétanque court, trampoline (4m diameter) from April to October.
Legislation governing public-access establishments (Établissements Recevant du Public - ERP) does not allow overcapacity (including Kids and babies).
In order to offer you a responsible stay, certain specific consumption (e.g. heating, electricity....) may be invoiced at the end of your stay.

Ju Un gîte idéal pour les tribus !
Nous avons passé un superbe long week-end en famille dans ce gîte spacieux, confortable et très bien équipé. Nous étions 12 (dont 6 enfants qui ont pu s’épanouir pleinement). Entre les extérieurs et le dortoir, les enfants ont adoré leur séjour ! L’emplacement est parfait pour déconnecter et prendre du recul, tout en restant proche du Lac de Vassivière et des commodités à environ 15 km. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié la terrasse bien exposée et sa vue dégagée. L’accueil est sérieux et bien cadré, et le gîte conserve un cachet "maison de famille" très authentique. Une belle adresse pour se retrouver au calme !

Caroline Gîte Familial très paisible
Gîte dans un secteur paisible, avec trampoline, ping pong...pour les enfants et la forêt à proximité. Une belle terrasse pour profiter du paysage.

FL Havre de paix
Nous avons passé un merveilleux séjour dans la maison du bonheur. Gîte impeccablement équipé, avec une grande pièce de vie commune et des espaces privés pour chacun. L'accès à la forêt permet des balades très accessibles même pour des enfants en bas âge. L'accueil a été irréprochable et très chaleureux. Le plus difficile a été de partir. Nous avons tous été ravis de cette location et nous sommes donné rendez-vous bientôt pour nous retrouver.... au même endroit !
