Splendid suspended terrace in the heart of nature

In wilderness country, between Lac de Vassivière and Nedde, this isolated hillside house boasts unobstructed views over the countryside. It's not unusual to spot a hare or a doe strolling through the garden. The wooden terrace, suspended over the meadow, is an invitation to serenity or to enjoy a meal together.

On the first floor, direct access to a large living area featuring a lounge with wood-burning stove, kitchen and dining area, laundry room (washing machine, tumble dryer, freezer). Another small, cosy lounge with bookcase leads to a toilet and a bedroom (1 x 160 cm double bed). First floor minus 1, a bedroom (2 twin beds 90 cm) and a bathroom. On the 1st floor, a large through bedroom (2 x 2 Bunk beds 90 cm, 1 Baby bed), 1 bedroom (2 twin beds 90 cm) lit by a velux window, 1 bedroom (2 twin beds 90 cm), 2 small shower rooms, 1 with toilet, 1 separate toilet. Electric heating. Barbecue, deckchairs and garden furniture, table tennis, pétanque court, trampoline (4m diameter) from April to October.

Legislation governing public-access establishments (Établissements Recevant du Public - ERP) does not allow overcapacity (including Kids and babies).

In order to offer you a responsible stay, certain specific consumption (e.g. heating, electricity....) may be invoiced at the end of your stay.
