This comfortable, totally independent house is located on the edge of a quiet hamlet, in the lush, rolling Countryside of southern Haute-Vienne. It opens onto a terrace and a large, fully enclosed lawn. Château Chervix is nearby, with swimming, Fishing, horse-riding, Hiking... At Lake Meuzac: water skiing, wakeboarding, towed buoys, paddle, baby skiing...
Surface area 120 m². First floor: living room opening onto terrace, fitted kitchen, pantry/laundry room, large bedroom (1 double bed) with terrace access, spacious shower room, toilet with washbasin. First floor: landing leads to 2 bedrooms (1 double bed, 2 single beds, Umbrella bed), wc with washbasin. Electric heating (underfloor heating on ground floor, very well insulated). Beds made on arrival. No smoking in the house.
In order to offer you a responsible stay, certain specific consumption (e.g. heating, electricity....) may be invoiced at the end of your stay.

We were greeted by the owners and enjoyed a pleasant introduction to the home and the area. The house was immaculate and very clean and tidy with everything you could need for a peaceful break. Comfortable accommodation and tucked away but close enough to village amenities like the communal swimming lake to make for a very enjoyable stay.

Gite au calme et spacieux offrant de très nombreux rangements. Jardin bien clos et fort apprécié par notre chien. De nombreuses et belles balades à faire à partir du gîte ou dans le secteur (voiture indispensable). La canicule nous a malheureusement freinés dans nos plans. Nous sommes restés au frais à l'abri des murs épais de cette maison ancienne fort bien rénovée. Petit conseil logistique aux futurs vacanciers : contrairement à tous les gites loués depuis plus d'une décennie, presque aucun produits (vaisselle, lave vaiselle et linge, sacs poubelle, etc) habituellement laissés pas les précédents occupants n'ont été laissés à disposition. Donc à anticiper. BON SEJOUR et profitez bien
