This comfortable, totally independent house is located on the edge of a quiet hamlet, in the lush, rolling Countryside of southern Haute-Vienne. It opens onto a terrace and a large, fully enclosed lawn. Château Chervix is nearby, with swimming, Fishing, horse-riding, Hiking... At Lake Meuzac: water skiing, wakeboarding, towed buoys, paddle, baby skiing...
Surface area 120 m². First floor: living room opening onto terrace, fitted kitchen, pantry/laundry room, large bedroom (1 double bed) with terrace access, spacious shower room, toilet with washbasin. First floor: landing leads to 2 bedrooms (1 double bed, 2 single beds, Umbrella bed), wc with washbasin. Electric heating (underfloor heating on ground floor, very well insulated). Beds made on arrival. No smoking in the house.
In order to offer you a responsible stay, certain specific consumption (e.g. heating, electricity....) may be invoiced at the end of your stay.

ladinedine Gite hyper agréable
Gite très spacieux, moderne, hyper conforatble et disposant de tout ce que l'on peut être en mesure d'attendre. Matériel bébé dispo et de qualité. Grand espace extérieur cloturé qui a fait la joie de mes quatre fils. Dernier atout de taille : du calme et du silence!
