In the heart of the historic Ponticaud district of Limoges and located on the banks of the Vienne, the Clos Sainte Marie gite is a cozy little nest that Nicolas and Virginie have taken great care to renovate and decorate. They have hunted down many objects and furniture to give this cozy house a soul full of sweetness where life is good.
Very comfortable and well located in the town centre, the house also offers a pleasant terrace and a 300 m² garden where another sheltered terrace is nestled from where you can see the town's Cathedral.
Access to the city center of Limoges is quick (15 minutes on foot and 5 minutes by bus) and it is easy to park in this area.

5/5Contraints de venir à Limoges pour des raisons familiales, nous avons pu passer une très chouette semaine dans ce gîte qui a été vraiment une très agréable surprise !
Le gîte est spacieux, confortable, décoré avec goût et bien équipé, on s'y sent bien ! Nous y avons télétravaillé confortablement à 2 avec un très bon wifi.
La location est extraordinaire, on est en ville et pourtant c'est hyper calme et vert. À 15 min à pied du centre ville et bordant la Vienne, au cœur d'un paradis pour les amateurs de course à pied ou de promenade. Plein de chemins possibles que ce soit en bord d'eau ou dans l'arrière pays en longeant L'Auzette. C'est génial. Ah oui... Parce que c'est toujours sympa, la boulangerie est à 5 min à pied.
Enfin, les propriétaires sont hyper accueillants et réactifs.
