In the heart of Limoges' historic Ponticauds district and on the banks of the Vienne, the Clos Sainte Marie Holiday cottage is a cosy little nest that Nicolas and Virginie have taken great care to renovate and decorate. They hunted out many objects and furniture to give this cosy house a soul full of softness where life is good.
Very comfortable and well located in the City center, the house also offers a pleasant terrace and a 300 m² garden where another sheltered terrace is nestled, from which you can catch a glimpse of the City's Cathedral.
Access to Limoges city center is fast (15 minutes on foot and 5 minutes by bus), and parking is easy close to the house.

Surface 60 m² on one level. Living area with kitchenette opening onto terrace and garden. 2 interconnecting bedrooms (1 double bed, 2 single beds), bathroom with toilet. Baby equipment on request. Central heating. Terrace and garden.
