Boucheron

An air of a family home!

On a plateau overlooking 120 ha of meadows and groves, the Boucheron sheep farm is located 15 km south of Limoges. A large, comfortable Holiday cottage has been set up in a beautiful building that was once a manor house, and features a heated swimming pool reserved exclusively for the Holiday cottage. It measures 9X4 m and is open from early May to late September, weather permitting. Jane and Nicolas also have a second Holiday cottage on the site, with a swimming pool for up to 10 people (ref 87G9021). Prior agreement from the owner is required for all requests other than vacation stays.

On the first floor, on either side of a large entrance hall, a 39 m² living room with kitchen area and a through lounge with convertible American billiard table. Shower room with toilet and WC. 1st floor: 2 bedrooms, each with 1 x 160cm bed and 1 x 90cm bed, and 1 bedroom with 1 x 160cm bed, a lounge with sofa, TV and DVD player. Shower room and WC. 2nd floor: 4 bedrooms, 2 with 2 single beds and 2 with 1 double bed. Bathroom and WC. Wood-fired central heating. Enclosed grounds of 2200 m². No smoking in the house.
