On a plateau overlooking 120 ha of meadows and groves, the Boucheron sheep farm is located 15 km south of Limoges. A large, comfortable gîte has been created in a beautiful building that was once a manor house, and features a heated swimming pool reserved exclusively for the gîte. It measures 9X4 m and is open from early May to mid-October, weather permitting. On the same site, Jane and Nicolas also have a second gîte with swimming pool, which can accommodate up to 10 people (ref 87G9021).
On the first floor, on either side of a large entrance hall, a 39 m² living room with kitchen area and a through lounge with convertible American billiard table. Shower room with toilet and WC. 1st floor: 2 bedrooms, each with 1 x 160cm bed and 1 x 90cm bed, and 1 bedroom with 1 x 160cm bed, a lounge with sofa, TV and DVD player. Shower room and WC. 2nd floor: 4 bedrooms, 2 with 2 single beds and 2 with 1 double bed. Bathroom and WC. Wood-fired central heating. Enclosed grounds of 2200 m². No smoking in the house.

Un gîte spacieux, bien équipé pour les groupes
5/5Un vrai gîte très spacieux vraiment fait pour les grands groupes : la table à manger est très grande, dans le salon tout le monde à sa place sur le canapé, la cuisine est très bien équipée (pour vraiment cuisiner), un bel ilot central pour cuisiner à plusieurs.
et pour couronner le tout accueil très chaleureux de Jane, plein de bon conseil d'activité dans la région.
Les équipements nécessaires pour les accueillir des enfants notamment en bas âge.

Parfait mais on le savait
5/5Super Gîtes que nous connaissions déjà, nous étions cette fois ci entre amis, 8 adultes et 7 enfants, le très beau temps était là, les enfants ont profité de la piscine et du trampo, génial.

5/5Alors comment dire que tout est parfait que ce soit la literie, les matériaux, le décor Etc....
Je peux juste vous dire d'y aller c'est vraiment terrible sans oublier son extérieur avec piscine,trampoline etc..
Pour moi ce fut une réussite et pour ma famille et amis ils sont étaient sous le charme de ce lieu.

5/5Nous avons passé un séjour exceptionnel en famille au gîte. Un accueil irréprochable, une maison magnifique, un équipement très fournit dans la maison, et une literie d'un confort...pour passer de bonnes nuits. Nous avons tous adoré notre séjour. Je remercie vivement les propriétaires.
