On a plateau overlooking 120 ha of meadows and groves, the Boucheron sheep farm is located 15 km south of Limoges. A large, comfortable Holiday cottage has been set up in a beautiful building that was once a manor house, and features a heated swimming pool reserved exclusively for the Holiday cottage. It measures 9X4 m and is open from early May to late September, weather permitting. Jane and Nicolas also have a second Holiday cottage on the site, with a swimming pool for up to 10 people (ref 87G9021). Prior agreement from the owner is required for all requests other than vacation stays.
On the first floor, on either side of a large entrance hall, a 39 m² living room with kitchen area and a through lounge with convertible American billiard table. Shower room with toilet and WC. 1st floor: 2 bedrooms, each with 1 x 160cm bed and 1 x 90cm bed, and 1 bedroom with 1 x 160cm bed, a lounge with sofa, TV and DVD player. Shower room and WC. 2nd floor: 4 bedrooms, 2 with 2 single beds and 2 with 1 double bed. Bathroom and WC. Wood-fired central heating. Enclosed grounds of 2200 m². No smoking in the house.

Une maison au calme, très bien équipée, des grands espaces tant dans les chambres que dans les parties communes, une piscine pour le plaisir de tous et même un billard pour terminer la journée ;-)
Les 7 chambres permettent de loger tout le monde dans de bonnes conditions et avec une litterie de qualité.

MD Agréable et calme
Maison très agréable et fonctionnelle qui a permis d'effectuer un regroupement familial. Tout le monde a été content. L'accueil de la propriétaire et la visite de l'exploitation ont été beaucoup apprécié. La météo n'était malheureusement pas avec nous, mais nous avons pu apprécié les jeux mis à disposition. Qui c'est, peut être nous reviendrons

Nous avons passé un très bon weekend entre amis dans ce gîte. La literie est confortable , les chambres sont grandes chacun trouve sa place. La cuisine est bien équipée. Jane est très accueillante et disponible.
