As if suspended in the valley overlooking the Gartempe river, the loft-like gîte opens onto a terrace and the countryside. An ideal location for bird, sheep and deer watching. In the heart of nature, you can hike or bike from the gîte, and of course, you can fish directly from the gîte. Recreational fishing itinerary and approved as a fishing lodge by the Fédération de pêche 87.
A small wooden staircase, guided by a rope, leads up to the terrace: on one level, access to the living area comprising a lounge (2-seater sofa-bed) with wood-burning stove, and a kitchen/dining area with a dominant view of the river. Shower room, WC. Upstairs, under the roof, the sleeping area comprises 2 single beds that can be twinned. Electric heating with meter reading on arrival. The owners can accept pets by prior arrangement, subject to conditions: dogs are accepted only if under the supervision and control of their master or mistress.

Le meilleur endroit au monde pour decompresser
5/5C est un endroit fantastique dans un cadre idilyque ou l on est bercé par le chant discret de la Gartempe qui coule au pied du logement.
Au loin , très loin quand il ne oublie pas le coq réveille son monde dans la brume matinale qui s élève de la rivière.

5/5Nous avons eu l'impression de pouvoir toucher cette nature généreuse qui nous entoure de toute part sans qu'aucun obstacle ne s'y oppose, tout en profitant du confort intérieur. Nous avons été bien accueillis et avons apprécié ce lieu enchanteur et unique, riche de balades et de moutons curieux.
