Marine Arguin

At Club du Large, a small, quiet condominium complex, you’ll find Marine Arguin, the house where I grew up, which we’ve completely renovated to make it even more inviting. Ideally situated on the Arcachon Bay, 950 meters from the charming oyster port of La Teste-de-Buch and its oyster tasting cabins, along the seawall leading to the protected salt marshes, you can enjoy numerous walks or bike rides (2 bikes are available for your use).
On-site access to a standard private tennis court with rackets and balls, and a boules court with pétanque balls. Reserved parking spot in front of the house.
The main living area consists of an open kitchen, a dining room, and a living room/sofa area, opening onto a 20 m² terrace that is secluded from view. You will also find a bathroom on the ground floor with a walk-in shower and a toilet.
Upstairs, there is a bedroom equipped with a 140 x 190 cm bed and closets. It is accessed via a mezzanine that features a second 140x190cm bed.
An adjoining, separate pantry houses a washing machine, a dryer, an additional refrigerator, and an electric griddle.
Sheets and towels are available for rent, and end-of-stay cleaning is offered as a paid service. Electric heating is billed based on meter readings, with a daily allowance of 8 kWh.
