Marine Arguin

Marine Arguin, my childhood home, is located in Club du Large, a small, quiet condominium that we've completely renovated to make it even more enjoyable. Ideally located on the Bay of Arcachon, 950m from the pretty oyster port of La Teste de Buch and its oyster-tasting cabins, along the dike that leads to the protected salt meadows, you can enjoy many walks or bike rides (2 bikes are available).
On-site access to a private tennis court with rackets and balls, and a boulodrome with boules. Reserved parking space in front of the house.
The main living area comprises an open-plan kitchen, dining room and lounge/sofa area, and opens onto a 20 m² terrace that is sheltered from view. Also on the first floor is a shower room with walk-in shower and WC.
Upstairs is a bedroom with a 140x190cm bed and fitted closets. Access is via a mezzanine with a second 140x190cm bed.
An adjoining storeroom houses a washing machine, tumble dryer, additional fridge and electric griddle.
Sheets and towels can be hired. Electric heating is on meter reading after deduction of 8Kwh of electricity per day.
