Situated in the heart of the Vineyard, 4 kilometers from Saint Emilion and its medieval town, our Holiday cottage opens its doors to you for a stay with family or friends. Completely renovated in 2021, this house comprises a main room with a fully equipped kitchen and dining area, a veranda, a TV lounge, three bedrooms, two with a 140x200 bed and the third with a 140x190 bed (twin 70x190 beds). Each bedroom has a private shower room and toilet. Air-conditioning in the main room, and a private, enclosed garden with garden furniture. Parking on the property. Holiday cottage located close to the owners and on a secondary road, which is used mainly by local winegrowers and farmers, depending on the season. Possibility of renting sheets, towels and cleaning at the end of your stay (for a fee). Heating included. Pets welcome (two pets, three or more on request, with a supplement of €5/day, additional deposit €300) and end-of-stay cleaning service at extra cost. Wi-Fi access available. Metered electric recharging point (please inform the owner on arrival if you need to use it).

LAVEDAN Gite très agréable
Nous avons apprécié nos vacances dans ce beau gîte :au calme, confortable, très bien aménagée et dans un état de propreté irréprochable . Nous avons été très bien accueilli par Madame BERLUREAU la propriétaire qui est une personne charmante ,discrète et disponible si besoin . Nous tenons à la remercier pour le cadeau de bienvenue bien agréable, ainsi que pour le raisin que nous avons pu cueillir(avec son autorisation )dans la vigne devant la maison. La localisation DU gite permet dans un rayon de cent kilomètres de visiter les plus beaux site de la région. Nous conseillerons cette location dans notre entourage .

Jmt Gîte très chouette
Séjour très agréable au coeur du vignoble de Saint Émilion.
Idéal pour une découverte de la région en vélo.
Les propriétaires vignerons de profession à la retraite sont très gentils et disponibles pour que vous passiez un moment agréable dans leur gîte très chouette.

Danièle Maison acceuillante et confortable
Maison agréable, cuisine très bien équipée et chambres confortables. La maison est au milieu des vignes. Le jardin est arboré et fleuri. Les oiseaux étaient là aussi.Nous avons été très bien accueilli et conseillé pendant le séjour. Repos et cocooning.
