Situated in the heart of the Vineyard, 4 kilometers from Saint Emilion and its medieval town, our Holiday cottage opens its doors to you for a stay with family or friends. Completely renovated in 2021, this house comprises a main room with a fully equipped kitchen and dining area, a veranda, a TV lounge, three bedrooms, two with a 140x200 bed and the third with a 140x190 bed (twin 70x190 beds). Each bedroom has a private shower room and toilet. Air-conditioning in the main room, and a private, enclosed garden with garden furniture. Parking on the property. Holiday cottage located close to the owners and on a secondary road, which is used mainly by local winegrowers and farmers, depending on the season. Possibility of renting sheets, towels and cleaning at the end of your stay (for a fee). Heating included. Pets welcome (two animals, "from three, on request"), for more than one dog we charge 5 e per day (additional deposit of 300€ for more than one dog) and end-of-stay cleaning (paid service). Wifi access available. Metered electric recharging point (please inform the owner on arrival if you need to use it, billing will be based on consumption). Gas plancha and charcoal barbecue. Shower stool available for those in need.
