Situated in the heart of the Vineyard, 4 kilometers from Saint Emilion and its medieval town, our Holiday cottage opens its doors to you for a stay with family or friends. Completely renovated in 2021, this house comprises a main room with a fully equipped kitchen and dining area, a veranda, a TV lounge, three bedrooms, two with a 140x200 bed and the third with a 140x190 bed (twin 70x190 beds). Each bedroom has a private shower room and toilet. Air-conditioning in the main room, and a private, enclosed garden with garden furniture. Parking on the property. Holiday cottage located close to the owners and on a secondary road, which is used mainly by local winegrowers and farmers, depending on the season. Possibility of renting sheets, towels and cleaning at the end of your stay (for a fee). Heating included. Pets welcome (two pets, three or more on request, with a supplement of €5/day, additional deposit €300) and end-of-stay cleaning service at extra cost. Wi-Fi access available. Metered electric recharging point (please inform the owner on arrival if you need to use it).

    Sejour en famille

    Accueil chaleureux. Confort et calme absolu. Ce gite est devenu depuis 4 ans notre point de chute pour des sejours toujours reussis. Rdv dobc l'annee proxhaine!

    Gîte Saint Emilion

    Gîte très bien équipé, très propre et de bon goût pour la décoration. Gîte comme neuf !
    La propriétaire nous a très bien accueillis, nous avons bien apprécié cet échange avec cette personne très sympathique.

    detente

    gite accueillant, bien équipé et surtout bien placé au milieu des vignes! bcp d intumi et confort avec la salle de bain et le WC par chambre. déjà 2eme fois que je le loue mais pas la dernière !
