Located in the heart of Arcachon City, Le Havre du Bassin is a duplex apartment on the sixth and top floor of a residence with elevator and private parking space in the courtyard. You'll appreciate the bright, unobstructed view and glimpse of the Bassin from the west-facing balcony. The whole apartment faces the courtyard, giving you the benefit of a relatively quiet setting in the City center. This location is ideal for taking advantage of the many attractions Arcachon City has to offer: beaches, shops, Market and Cinema are all less than 10 minutes away on foot.
On the first level, the apartment comprises an entrance hall, a main room with fitted kitchen, dining area and living room opening onto the balcony, a bedroom opening onto the balcony, equipped with a 140x190cm bed (retractable type, lift system condemned), a bathroom with toilet. Upstairs you'll find a second bedroom with two 90x190cm beds, a second bathroom, a separate toilet and a dressing room.
The apartment is equipped with Electric heating (Heating included). Bed linen and towels provided. Cleaning at the end of your stay is optional (extra charge). Free closed parking space. Non-smoking apartment.

Nath Arcachon
Nous avons passé une très belle semaine dans ce gîte hyper bien placé dans Arcachon; nous avons apprécié les lits faits à l’arrivée, la fourniture des serviettes de toilettes, la place de parking (très pratique étant donné l’emplacement au cœur de la ville), la cuisine fonctionnelle et bien équipée, les gourmandises pour notre accueil, le calme de la résidence ainsi que le grand balcon qui nous a permis de déjeuner dehors (merci la météo !) et d’apprécier le coucher du soleil et la vue au loin du bassin. En résumé, aucune envie de partir … mais d’y revenir oui avec plaisir !

Caro Très agréable location bien située
Venant à 2 amies sur Arcachon ce logement est parfait avec ces 2 chambres et 2 sdb. Très calme et très ensoleillé. Nous avons tout fait à vélo ou à pied Je reviendrai. Je recommande

GUT Grand, calme et bien situé
Appartement spacieux, bien situé et très calme
La propreté n'était pas vraiment parfaite. Malgré la quantité des ustensiles de cuisine il manque une poêle type tefal
Je recommande ce gîte en famille car 2 sdb et 2 toilettes c'est confortable.
