You'll appreciate the bright, unobstructed view and glimpse of the Bassin from the west-facing balcony. The whole apartment faces the courtyard, giving you the benefit of a relatively quiet setting in the City center. This location is ideal for taking advantage of the many attractions Arcachon City has to offer: beaches, shops, Market and Cinema are all less than 10 minutes away on foot.
On the first level, the apartment comprises an entrance hall, a main room with fitted kitchen, dining area and living room opening onto the balcony, a bedroom opening onto the balcony, equipped with a 140x190cm bed (retractable type, lift system condemned), a bathroom with toilet. Upstairs you'll find a second bedroom with two 90x190cm beds, a second bathroom, a separate toilet and a dressing room.
The apartment is equipped with Electric heating (Heating included). Bed linen and towels provided. Cleaning at the end of your stay is optional (extra charge). Free closed parking space. Non-smoking apartment.
