1.5 km from Lake Cazaux and 9 km from La Teste de Buch, stay in our new 140 m2, air-conditioned, single-storey house, with a semi-underground octagonal elongated swimming pool 6mx4m depth 1.31m, heated, available from April to October, weather permitting. The house is located in a quiet subdivision, close to the cycle path leading to the Lake and the ocean, and has a 1290 m² fully enclosed and secure garden with large 170 m² wooden terrace and bowling green. The house comprises a large, bright living room opening onto the terrace with awning, equipped kitchen, dining area and lounge, four bedrooms, three of which have a 160x200 cm bed, and one with two 90x190 cm beds (television in each bedroom). Bedrooms with double beds have their own private bathroom with walk-in shower. A separate bathroom with bathtub and two separate toilets complete the ensemble. Storeroom adjoining the kitchen with washing machine and dryer. Sheets, table linen, towels and Heating included in the price. End-of-stay cleaning service at extra charge. Tourist tax extra. Reversible air-conditioning.

La maison est parfaite et très bien équipée, nous étions entre amis et le fait que chaque chambre est sa salle de bain est vraiment appréciable ! MAGNIFIQUE, Je recommande sans hésitation ce gîte, spacieux et confortable il ne manque rien. A proximité du bassin d'Arcachon idéalement situé pour en faire la visite. La propriétaire est très accueillante et a souci du bien être de ces hôtes.
