The house is located in a quiet subdivision, close to the cycle path leading to the Lake and the ocean, and has a 1290 m² fully enclosed and secure garden with large 170 m² wooden terrace and bowling green. The house comprises a large, bright living room opening onto the terrace with awning, equipped kitchen, dining area and lounge, four bedrooms, three of which have a 160x200 cm bed, and one with two 90x190 cm beds (television in each bedroom). Bedrooms with double beds have their own private bathroom with walk-in shower. A separate bathroom with bathtub and two separate toilets complete the ensemble.
