La Borderie is a typical Pomerol village house, nestled in the largest hamlet in Pomerol, just a few kilometers from Saint Emilion.
Its modern comforts, intimate, green, fully fenced garden, private swimming pool and proximity to Pomerol's greatest châteaux, just a few minutes' walk away, will enhance your enjoyment of the region.
This 90 m² Holiday cottage features a ground-floor living room with fully-equipped kitchen, dining area and lounge, a laundry room and a toilet. Upstairs, you'll find two air-conditioned bedrooms, each with a 160 x 200 cm bed and private shower room, plus a second independent toilet. The Holiday cottage is equipped with regulated Electric heating. Bicycles are available for exploring the Vineyard. Baby bed and high chair available on request.
Linen rental and end-of-stay cleaning service available at extra charge.
A Hager Witty plug is available for charging your electric car in the parking space in the Holiday cottage garden.
Pets are welcome with a €200 deposit.

Heather & friends What a wonderful gite
A beautiful gite. So well equipped that we wanted for nothing. The 2 bikes available were excellent and well used by us during the week. While it was too cold to swim we did enjoy sitting by the pool on the sunnier days. Corinne, the hostess, was an absolute pleasure to deal with and communications were promptly and easily handled. The location is also super for visiting the region and many wineries. We highly recommend it.

Madeleine A wonderful stay
We had a wonderful week at the Borderie! Corrine is a wonderful host and had made us cakes and got a baguette for our arrival. She speaks very good English, and was very flexible when our arrival time changed due to car troubles. The house is very clean and modern inside, but still very cosy.
The pool is lovely, it’s a little chilly but we still spent every day in it. There are lots of mosquitos so take bug spray!
The location is perfect for a short 10 min drive to the supermarket, Libourne, as well as St Emilion. Corrine recommended lots of local vineyards for us to try, and we went to several tastings and bought some wine. It was very easy to book all of them and we really enjoyed them.
Overall we absolutely loved our stay, it was peaceful and relaxing and we will definitely be back. Thank you Corrine!- Cleanliness

Nous avons passé de très bonnes vacances. Corinne nous a très bien accueilli avec ses petites attentions. Elle a été de très bons conseils pour nos visites. Le gîte est très confortable. Très bien aménagé. Les vélos sont un réel bonus pour se promener sur les petites routes autour des vignes. Encore merci pour votre accueil Corinne.
